The play takes place in a suite at the Carrera Hotel in Santiago, Chilea and also in the Oval Office in 1973. Two American CIA agents, Daniel Baker and Jack Wilson plan the ouster and possible assassination of the President of Chile during a military coup, under the watchful eyes of President Nixon and Henry Kissinger.
